Changes to limits for creating reports
Generate up to 100 reports per day via the API and dashboard, up from the previous limit of 10.
What's new?
We've increased the limit on the number of reports you can generate through the API and dashboard from 10 to 100 reports per day.
How it works
Reports in Paddle let you export information from your account that you can open in a spreadsheet app.
Previously, you were limited to generating 10 reports per day using the Reports API or the Paddle dashboard. We've increased this limit to 100 per day to give you more flexibility when you need to generate multiple reports, like when debugging, auditing, or reconciling your data. This limit applies to all report types.
If you exceed the limit, you'll receive a report_creation_limit_exceeded error with a 400 response code as normal.
Next steps
This change is available now and applies to both sandbox and production accounts.
There are no changes to endpoints or fields in the API as a result of this change — it's a change to the way the Paddle platform handles requests.
