Common causes

Troubleshooting

• Check that the Paddle ID you entered is valid. Paddle IDs start with a prefix, followed by a 26 character alphanumeric string. The regex pattern is ^[a-z_]+_[a-z0-9]{26}$.
• Check that the entity you're working with exists in your Paddle dashboard.
• Check that you're using the correct URL for the environment.
