Common causes

• The transaction total is greater than 0 but below the minimum chargeable amount for its currency (for example, 70 cents USD).
• A discount reduced the balance to below the minimum chargeable amount but above zero.
• Available credits reduced the balance to below the minimum chargeable amount but above zero.

Troubleshooting

• Increase the transaction total so the amount to be charged is at or above the minimum for its currency.
• A zero-balance transaction is allowed; the minimum only applies when there's an amount to charge.
